Design manager/project architect

Capital Building Contractors is looking for a design manager/project architect to join its team in London.
Architects who apply must have over five years’ experience post-Part 3.
The applicant should be confident in both drafting and on-site coordination, reviewing architectural packages with good knowledge of construction detailing and well versed in project management.
Other valuable qualities such as initiative, an organised way of working, a creative approach to problem-solving, and an eagerness to learn and get involved in the projects and operations of the firm will also be considered.
Additionally, the applicant should be able to demonstrate an ability to work comfortably with 3D programmes such as ArchiCAD and be able to communicate efficiently with other trades. An essential part of the job will involve working closely with suppliers, clients, and architects such as RISE Design Studio and Selencky Parsons.
We are based in our own offices in Maida Vale, London and have projects across the city and in the outskirts.

Salary range: £45k-£55k, commensurate on experience.
