Peter Mikic Interiors is seeking a midweight interior designer to join its team in London.
Peter Mikic Interiors are looking for a talented and enthusiastic midweight interior designer to join our busy studio in Shoreditch.
Our practice specialises in high-end residential, restaurant and marine interior design, working both locally and internationally. We’re a vibrant group of architects and interior designers and strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable place for us all to work.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work with SketchUp and other 3D softwares to a good standard is desirable.
We are looking for an experienced creative, who will be proactive and organised who is has past experience working on projects across all stages. The role will have a focus on FF&E, you will be involved in creating design schedules with the ability to put together finishes and material schedules, finishes and design product research, liaising with suppliers for quotes and lead times, dealing with ordering and invoicing, chasing and scheduling deliveries and installations and organising international shipments.
The role will be varied and require involvement at each stage including detailed design, tender, as well as contractor, architect and client liaison.
Excellent verbal and written communications are essential.
