Innate Architecture + Design is seeking an architect/architectural assistant to join its team in the south east of England.
We are a growing practice which has a portfolio of primarily residential projects scattered across the south east, with a high concentration around the Oxted, Surrey area.
We are looking for an architect or architectural assistant to join our team with experience of residential design including building regulations and planning. The role will be home-based initially, with a new office opening in the Oxted/Edenbridge or surrounding area in the coming year.
Skills/proficiencies required: AutoCAD and Adobe CS, beneficial to have SketchUp and hand sketching skills. We need someone confident in speaking to clients, planners, contractors and building control.
Ideally you will be based somewhere in the area around Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Reigate or Croydon and have access to a car to enable regular site visits to projects.
Compensation based on experience.
