Jackdaw Studio is looking for a senior and mid-weight interior designer to join its team in London.

Jackdaw Studio are looking to hire a senior and a mid-weight interior designer – both permanent positions starting ASAP/September.

Senior designer – qualifications and experience:

• you will have a BA Hons or an MA in either interior design or interior architecture from a leading university
• minimum of five years experience post graduation, with some experience in workplace design, space planning and consultancy
• you will be confident working in a small team across multiple projects – from initial client engagement and concept design, through to detailed/technical stages and fabrication/construction to handover
• software – Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
• good client and contractor management skills
• excellent time management

Mid-weight designer – qualifications and experience:

• you will have as a minimum a BA Hons in either interior design or interior architecture from a leading university
• two plus years’ experience post graduation, ideally with some workplace or other commercial/hospitality experience
• you will work in a small team across multiple projects, working mainly on drawing packages for costing/fabrication and construction. You’ll also assist with FF&E specification (completing schedules), sourcing and ordering/procurement
• production of CGIs/visuals both in SketchUp and PhotoShop will also be required
• software: Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
• you will have great attention to detail, focus and time management skills
