Senior interior designer
at Salvesen Graham
Salvesen Graham is looking for a senior interior designer to join our growing team in London.
The candidate will have a minimum of five years industry experience and during that time will have managed several projects from concept to completion. They will have excellent project management skills, strong design flair, and an appreciation for our creative style.
The ideal candidate will:
- be experienced in pitching and securing new business, leasing with clients and building relationships
- have excellent contractor liaison skills and be a highly skilled negotiator
- be experienced working on large scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the client brief
- be proficient in the initial drawing and concept stages, and skilled in designing pieces of joinery and developing details using Photoshop, InDesign and AutoCAD
- be extremely confident and proficient with the use of AutoCAD and Esti-PC/ Estimac
- be confident in managing the production of mood and sample boards and FF&E and finishes and schedules
- have extensive knowledge of the UK supplier’s market, along with building regulations and UK standards. Knowledge of the US market would be beneficial but not essential
- be experienced in managing a team of ideally 4 junior to mid-weight designers

This is a full time, permanent position based at our office in London.
Salary will be based on experience.
