Part 2 architectural assistant/newly qualified architect

Stanesby Architecture is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant/newly qualified architect to join its growing London team.
Stanesby Architecture is looking for an RIBA Part 2 architectural assistant or Part 3 qualified architect with a minimum of one year’s post Part 3 experience to join its expanding London-based practice.
We are looking for dynamic and talented people to work with us on design led projects. The smaller nature of our practice means that successful candidates will have a broad involvement in all project phases and will benefit from the optimum environment to learn.
You will have a minimum of one year UK experience and good knowledge of UK building regulations. You will be expected to demonstrate experience in design and construction and a keen interest in working with existing and Listed buildings. Previous on-site experience would be a benefit but is not essential.
The role will include both design and operational tasks, and we are looking for candidates with a high level of:
- CAD and IT skill (proficient in Vectorworks /SketchUp/Adobe Suite)
- confidence with good communication and presentation skills
- self-motivation and organisational capability
- ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with exemplary attention to detail
In addition, applicants must have:
- fluency in both written and spoken English
- proof of eligibility to work in the UK
