Fabric Space is seeking experienced Part 2 or Part 3 architects to join its team in London.

Fabric-Space is seeking talented individuals to help develop our current projects involving one off houses (new build and remodelling), community, arts and education schemes and open spaces. Projects are at different stages from research and concept through to detailing and construction.

Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• strong design and design communication
• design development from concept through to construction documentation, including specification writing
• thorough knowledge of the building regulations for private residential and public buildings
• good Revit skills (essential).  We also use NBS Create, Adobe and Microsoft packages
• project administration, client liaison and design team leadership
• initiative, resourcefulness and the ability to work across a few projects simultaneously
• an enthusiasm and drive to create high quality buildings and places
• interest in research and emerging practice

We work closely as a team and can offer the right candidate the opportunity to take a lead on projects whilst contributing to our wider portfolio.
