Part 2 architectural assistant
at Ron Arad Architects
Ron Arad Architects is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its London studio.
We have a portfolio of ongoing international projects, in addition to our competition-winning design for the UK Holocaust Memorial, due on site next year. The successful candidate will be joining a new international project, currently in the early stages of design.
Ron Arad is an award winning, internationally recognised designer and architect, who’s diverse output spans the last five decades. The architectural studio’s work combines innovative design with complex forms, and a deep interest in materiality and detail. Candidates should share these values, and be able to demonstrate their dexterity in spatial design, their skill in graphics and presentation, and their thoroughness and attention to detail across different stages of a project.
Candidates should have post Part 2 experience of at least one year, ideally working on complex, medium to large scale projects. A good knowledge of Revit is essential, and candidates will need to demonstrate its use on real projects in a professional environment. A good knowledge of Rhino is also essential, with knowledge of Grasshopper highly desirable.
Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken English, and must hold the right to work in the UK.
