Part 3 architect
at Schneider Designers
Schneider Designers is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
We will only consider candidates that have a minimum of two years’ experience of running projects including the technical design stages in the UK post RIBA Part 3 qualification.
The primary tasks will be focused around RIBA stages 1-6 and in the coordination and delivery of technical information and specifications. You’ll be expected to have good experience in the delivery of technical designs and specifications, in leading a design team of consultants, coordinating design information, and in on-site contract administration.
We are looking for candidates who:
- are proficient in CAD, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Creative and NBS experience
- have a high level of conceptual design and technical design ability
- are able and motivated to work autonomously if needed
- at least two years work experience in the UK post RIBA Part 3
- an understanding of the architectural projects’ design approach and workflow
- technical knowledge of UK planning and building regulations and UK/London housing standards
- excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- permanent permission to work in the UK
The role requires a highly ambitious and versatile individual with a passion for design who can lead the delivery of projects including technical design.
Start date: ASAP
We offer a full time position Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00, salary if flexible subject to experience.
