Leadenhall Project Management is looking for a construction project manager/architect to join its team in London.
Leadenhall Project Management is an independent construction and project management consultancy specialising in the delivery of commercial, education, sport and leisure, heritage and residential developments.
The role will involve supporting and coordinating the delivery of significant London-based projects. You will work collaboratively, as part of a highly motivated team, to deliver service excellence to our clients.
Key requirements:
- London-based
- exceptional organisational and communication skills
- experienced in contract administration (JCT Contracts)
- job running experience, from inception through to completion
- you are client facing and confident
- self-motivated, driven and proactive
- exceptional organisational and communication skill
- ability to work well in a team and confidently as an individual
