Studio Wolter Navarro has an opportunity for a project architect to join its team in London.
We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic project-running architect to start as soon as possible. The role will involve running bespoke residential projects at all stages.
Candidates must have:
- exceptional design and technical detailing skills
- working drawings experience
- experience in job-running and site management
- firm understanding of current UK building and planning regulations
- excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- self-motivation to contribute and take initiative
- ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines under time pressure
- at least four years of experience in the private residential sector in the UK
