Project architect
Rise Design Studio is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
Rise Design Studio seeks an experienced project architect to help design, develop and build a number of high-end residential, hospitality and educational projects in London, Ireland and Spain. Lighting, furniture and ironmongery design is becoming more and more prevalent on each project.
Applicants should be fully qualified, with at least three years’ post-Part 3 experience in the UK. The applicant will possess a strong aptitude for working in teams and will be skilled in autonomously organising and managing projects.
We are a small and young but growing architectural and design studio formed in 2012, working out of a studio space in the heart of Queen’s Park, London. We work closely with our clients to develop and produce creative architectural solutions with genuine honesty and care.
Candidates should have the following qualifications and abilities:
- excellent design skills are essential
- experience in coordinating high level interiors and finishes
- be able to work well in a team and lead various projects simultaneously at various stages
- excellent technical drawing skills
- proficient in ArchiCAD
- understanding of sustainable technologies
- visualisations skills using Twinmotion, Lumion or Enscape an advantage
- proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft/Open Office
- have high quality graphic presentation
- excellent model maker (please provide photographs of models in your application)
- excellent communication skills
- have the right to work in the UK
