IDK are seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
IDK are looking for a project architect to join our team based in south London on the delivery of two unique rural restoration projects based in beautiful settings in Cumbria.
RIBA Part 3 qualification and demonstrable experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5 are important. Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship is essential. The role would be suited to candidates with an interest in restoration, ecology, off-grid technologies and low carbon construction in the rural context. Applicants should demonstrate experience with planning and regulatory processes, be confident with site management and delivery and have excellent skills in technical detailing and the ability to produce detailed working drawings, specifications and construction information. We will consider applicants who can demonstrate transferable skills aligned with the above criteria too.

IDK supports both flexible freelance work and have full time employee opportunities available based on circumstance and arrangement. The office uses AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray and Rhino. We have an onboarding and training period on all of our systems and applications for incoming employees at all levels.
