Part 2/3 project architect – retail specialist
at CAPS
CAPS is seeking a Part 2/3 project architect with retail specialist experience to join its team in London.
We are a long-established architecture and interior design practice with international clients and a focus on high-end commercial and residential projects. We are based in London and looking for an experienced Part 2 or Part 3 project architect to join our studio in Notting Hill Gate.
The ideal candidate will have good technical design knowledge and a real passion for interior design detail.
We are seeking someone to join the team as soon as possible and the role will be full time.
You will:
- be a Part 2 or Part 3 architect
- have solid, practical experience in luxury retail design and be experienced in on-site construction
- be experienced with fast-paced store roll out programs – following brand design guidelines and 2D and 3D CAD libraries with strict protocols
- be confident and able to work autonomously on designing and coordinating bespoke millwork and cabinetry works
- be experienced in researching and selecting materials
- be familiar with and confident using AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- be legally entitled to work in the UK
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
