Willingale Associates is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
Willingale Associates is seeking an experienced project architect to join the practice in Clerkenwell. Our projects are innovative developments located in central London for residential, hotel, private rental sector, commercial and design-procurement-distribution uses.
The candidate should have three years or more experience of running UK residential and commercial projects through all RIBA stages.
Role and responsibilities:
- leading medium scale residential and commercial projects through all RIBA stages
- leading the design team
- liaising with client, design team, other project consultants and the construction team
- managing and recording meetings
Required skill and experience:
- ARB registered architect
- experience of successful project management
- familiar with contract administration
- knowledge of codes and practice standards
- confident design and drawing skills
- range of software skills
- clear communicator
- motivated and proactive
