Brisac Gonzalez is seeking a highly motivated senior architect to join its London studio.
The successful applicant will work within the practice on projects in the residential and office sectors. We are seeking a candidate who is qualified and has a minimum of five years post-Part 3 experience. The candidate will have experience in running medium scale projects and be expected to lead the day-to-day coordination of the design consultants as well as overseeing a small architect’s team.
Skills required:
- strong documentation and delivery experience
- managing planning and tender design submissions
- preparing detail packages
- liaising with contractors and undertaking site inspections
- housing experience ideally
- proficiency AutoCAD and Rhino
- fully conversant with the Adobe Creative suite
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work permanently in the UK and have fluent written and spoken English.
