Holzrausch is seeking an interior architect to join its team in Munich, Germany.
Holzrausch is an established, award-winning, innovative interior design studio in the center of Munich, focusing on design, manufacture and execution of comprehensive, exceptional, high-quality room concepts and architectural furniture.
We are looking for a talented and inspirational interior architect/architect (m/f/d) with minimum three years’ experience in the design and planning of high-quality interiors and kitchens. From the strategic design concept through to implementation of planning, you will develop unique and comprehensive interior solutions at the highest design and functional level for our international discerning clients.
Key responsibilities:
- you develop interior concepts for and with our clients and manage the project phase from measurement to hand-over to the execution planning
- you ensure the successfully delivery of projects on time, budget to the highest standard
- you are a professional representative of the company with the ability to present design concepts and ideas with confidence and passion
Ideal candidates will have:
- a degree in interior architecture or architecture
- a minimum of three year’s professional experience
- to be proficient at Archicad, Adobe pack and Microsoft Office
- good German skills, verbal and written, at level B1
- knowledge of space planning, concept development, customer discussions and sampling concepts
- proven experience in all construction-relevant as well as trades-independent topics
- understanding of joinery and construction detailing as well as lighting design
- creativity and ability to work in a team, structured & independent work style
- passion for design
- outstanding attention to details and excellent time management skills
