HKR Architects is seeking an architectural technologist to join its team in London.
We are an international architectural and urban design studio with an experienced team working on projects across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.

Positions are available for the right candidates with fantastic opportunities for personal growth in an expanding practice with the following credentials:
- you will have technical experience in RIBA stages 3 and 4 and site experience in RIBA stage 5, experience of managing a team, experience of delivering projects in Revit
- your skills will include proficiency in REVIT, knowledge of BIM Level 2
- you will have sound knowledge of building construction, legislation and codes of practice.
- prepare drawings and specifications with minimum of direction
- ensure that customer requirements are identified and agreed with the client
- demonstrate experience in a similar or related role
- strong communication and leadership skills
- strong planning and organisation skills
- be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- have experience with NBS Chorus, or similar
- knowledge of ISO 19650 an advantage
- knowledge of MMCs an advantage, particularly Modular would be beneficial
- interest and experience in sustainability an advantage
