Alison Brooks Architects is hiring an architectural publication assistant to join its team in London.

Alison Brooks Architects is looking for talented and experienced architectural publication assistant with a particular interest in publications, presentation material and graphics to join our London team.

You will work with the practice’s dedicated in-house architects and our communications team to develop publication-quality architectural drawings and graphic standards for a selection of ABA’s built projects with particular focus on content for an upcoming book. Drawings will include plans, sections, elevations, 2D and 3D diagrams and details. Advanced presentation skills and sound experience of different CAD platforms is essential, including Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit. Experience of working with architectural publishers is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications and experience:

  • architectural background
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • excellent attention to detail

Technical skills:

  • excellent Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Rhino skills
  • excellent Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
  • excellent presentation skills
  • excellent organisational skills, flexibility and able to adapt to deadlines

The role is based in our Highgate Studio.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
