TateHindle is currently looking for an experienced technical architect with residential and mixed-use experience to join its team in London.

Our portfolio includes innovative new builds and the sensitive restoration of listed buildings. We have a vacancy for an experienced architect (approximately 5 years plus) with a strong technical focus, and a working knowledge of Revit. The role will involve supporting the project Associate and overseeing the project team in delivering a number of large scale residential architectural projects in London and the south-east.
The successful candidate will have experience in the delivery of projects through RIBA stages 4-7, overseeing detailed design and technical packages with good Revit experience to support full BIM integration across the practice. They will also have excellent design and communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microstation and Adobe Creative Suite.
The successful candidate must have:
- outstanding technical design and detailing expertise, working directly within a 3D BIM environment
- experience in delivering tender and construction packages
- excellent and current knowledge of UK building regulations
- experience and understanding of BIM concepts, workflows and collaboration
- excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- keen interest in current and emerging technical and sustainability solutions and products
- high levels of team spirit with a collaborative and positive approach
