3D designer

Avesta is looking for a 3D designer to join its team remotely in France.
We are looking for a mid to senior level designer to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be expected to generate design ideas and develop memorable experiences for multiple prestigious exhibition design projects from concept to production.
What will you be doing:
- collaborate with content specialists, exhibition planners, designers, project manager and the creative lead, to produce drafts and deliverables
- analyse briefs and formulate design decisions under the guidance of the creative lead
- produce and develop sketches, drawings, illustrations and mood boards to communicate design ideas to the project lead and clients
- create 3D models and renderings
- work both independently and as part of a team throughout all design phases
- juggle multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
- take initiative in response to executive direction
We want you to have:
- a university degree in architecture, interior design or a related design or artistic discipline
- three plus years of professional work experience
- solid knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max and/or Rhino, V-Ray and/or Corona Rendering
- excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- strong graphic and design talent
- experience in creating technical drawings
- a keen eye for composition, materiality, colour, attention to detail and lighting
- clear communication skills, good verbal and written English
- strong organizational and time management skills
It would be a bonus if you had:
- work experience in exhibition and experience design
- a passion for art and culture, design and photography
