Role summary
LuxDeco is looking for a sales development representative to join our fast-growing trade team at the forefront of luxury e-commerce. We are looking for an exceptional self-starter who wants to develop a strong foundation for a career in luxury sales.
As sales development representative you will be pivotal in ensuring we make a great first impression to some of the top designers in the industry, nurturing them from prospect to the enquiry stage. This valued assistance will ensure our customers will want to shop with us again and again.
Role responsibilities
As sales development representative, you’re responsible for undertaking a range of activities that support the team achieving our growth targets:
- act as the first point of contact for trade clientele hoping to gain access to our prestigious LuxDeco Pro service
- respond to incoming trade enquiries as well as identifying and qualifying new sales leads through prospective initiatives
- re-engage leads from our current database
- work closely with the wider LuxDeco Pro team to maintain pipeline activity
- maintain our CRM system with lead activities
- organise and attend meetings with clients when needed
- achieving monthly and quarterly activity KPIs
- provide support for the account manager when required
About you
Essential:
- you’re motivated, willing to learn and have a strong work ethic; you thrive in a fast paced and varied working environment
- you have first-class organisation skills and are able to effectively balance multiple, high-priority tasks
- you have good communication skills; you are confident and professional liaising with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and organisations both over the phone and via email (or similar)
- you have excellent attention to detail and know that it makes the difference to our luxury service
- you are tech savvy and comfortable using software such as excel, word and CRM tools
Desirable:
- prior success in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary

Your location: currently a hybrid of work-from-home and our flexible office space in London
Your hours: 40 hours, Monday – Friday (typically 09:00 – 18:00, but may vary dependent on client and business needs)
