Haptic Architects is looking for a housing architect to join its London office.
We are Haptic. Based in London and Oslo, we work all over the world, creating places that make people happy.
Haptic is a leading, award-winning, international architecture and design practice, working on high-profile UK and international projects across a range of scales and building typologies.
We are currently seeking candidates who have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering public and private sector housing projects in the UK to join our London team.
If you are an ambitious, motivated and talented architect with experience across planning and construction phases of projects, then we are looking for exceptional designers like you who can turn a concept into built reality.

We are looking candidates with demonstrable skills and experience including:
- three plus years’ post-Part 3, however shorter but relevant experience also considered
- ability to liaise with client team and their representatives
- comfortable being given a high level of responsibility and able to manage priorities with minimal guidance
- site experience and job running skills on medium to large scale projects, as part of a team is essential
- strong conceptual, design and communication skills
- excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail and experience of producing and coordinating construction drawing packages and specifications essential
- good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well in a dynamic, international environment both independently and within a team
- excellent skills in Revit, Rhino, Adobe suite are essential
- hand drawing are an advantage
- fluency in English is essential and in Scandinavian languages is a benefit
