Junior PA and studio assistant

Grimshaw Architects is hiring a junior PA and studio assistant to join its London team.
Grimshaw London is currently seeking a junior PA and studio assistant to provide strong organisational and proactive support to one of our principals and our director of marketing and communications. You will manage their busy diaries, coordinate appointments and organise travel arrangements (local and international). You will work closely with the wider administration team to ensure that our front of house and studio is a polished and professional environment for both our guests and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible, highly organised approach and with demonstrable experience of providing support in a similar environment.
Skills and competencies:
- previous administrative experience
- experience in the architectural/creative industry is desirable
- experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel)
- confident
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask
- able to use initiative
