Architect – residential delivery experience
at Makower Architects
Makower Architects is seeking architects with at least three years post Part 3 residential delivery experience to join its London team.
The successful candidate will work on construction packages on large scale residential projects in varying stages, from tender to construction. The contract term is four to six months with the potential to turn into permanent position.
Applicants must have complete proficiency in Revit and demonstrate strong technical and design skills.
The right candidate must meet the following primary criteria:
- experience delivering large scale residential projects in the UK
- thorough knowledge of Revit/BIM, is a must
- RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5 experience
- technical knowledge and skills
- tender documents and construction detailing and documentation
- knowledge of building regulations and new Part B
- experience working with NBS specifications is an advantage
- knowledge of and experience in structural and MEP coordination
- knowledge of and experience in standard residential exterior brick cladding system is an advantage
- good spoken and written English
- candidates must indicate if they have external or internal package experience
