Finch Architecture is seeking an experienced Part 2 assistant to join its team in London.
Finch Architecture has an opportunity for an experienced Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London and play a pivotal role in the company’s growth.
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and talented architectural assistant to work as part of a team on a number of projects.
Experience in high-end residential and commercial would be advantageous.
Finch Architecture is a RIBA-chartered practice based in west London.

We will:

You will:
- develop and manage the conceptual and detailed design of our projects
- produce drawings and 3D visualisations to capture and communicate the design intent
- participate in regular design workshops with clients
- undertake the production of information for tender purposes
- source and specify furniture and finishes
- work alongside suppliers, fabricators and manufacturers to procure specialist items
- work closely with other consultants to coordinate pre-construction information
- be able to work quickly and efficiently, and to multi-task
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop a rapport with clients and consultants
- contribute to the promotion and profile of the company through attending industry events and active network building
- proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required
- Revit, Rhino and V-Ray skills are an advantage
- have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken
Employment type – fixed term contract, regularly reviewed, with a view to extending.
