Steven Holl Architects is looking for a senior/intermediate architect to join its practice in Beijing, China.
Requirements:
- candidates should possess a high degree of design sensibility, have eight+ years of solid work experience in construction documents, project detailing, facade and structural consultant management, site supervision and must have been involved in the complete process of sophisticated and high-quality building projects
- candidates should possess good communication skills and have demonstrated technical and management experience with large scale projects
- familiar with architectural design and construction practice in China as well as local building code and regulations
- proficiency in Chinese and English languages are a must
- proficiency required in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCad, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. 3D Studio, Max/Viz and Rhino are a plus
