Ableton is hiring a senior brand designer to join its team in Berlin.
Your mission
Our design team takes pride in their work and is dedicated to delivering exceptional design and inspiration. We understand what the Ableton brand means for music makers around the world. As a senior designer you’ll help to bring Ableton’s visual identity to life. You will drive online and offline projects in a multidisciplinary team with guidance from leadership. You will shape designs to a high standard and balance clear communication with imaginative design ideas and execution.
You will take charge from initial thinking to final outcome. You take cues from research and strategic foundations to create and deliver strong and expressive designs.
Your impact
Ableton’s in-house team produces a wide range of visual designs for product campaigns on our website, social media, packaging and physical spaces. With a growing portfolio of products to present to customers, you will enable us to increase our output, explore new approaches and ensure the quality and consistency that our audience expects from the brand.
Your responsibilities:
- creating standout designs with a solid strategic and conceptual foundation
- organizing and delivering your work transparently across projects
- taking charge of the creative output through each stage of a project
- assimilating feedback into design iteration
- presenting your work in a clear and thoughtful way
- briefing and inspiring other designers and external collaborators
Your profile:
- you know your craft and confidently explore typography, color and imagery
- you deliver detailed artwork, but can express your ideas in a sketch
- you have experience driving projects from start to finish across print and digital
- you’re good with other people and value clear communication
- you know your way around the classics: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote. Bonus points for experience with Figma and After Effects
- you’re organized and reliable
