Project architect

Parti is looking for a project architect to join its team in London.
PARTI is a design studio working on a range of exciting projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join their talented team at a pivotal moment as they embark on some larger, creative projects.
This role would suit an experienced and creative architect who is interested in helping to build an innovative, design-led studio. The role will include leading design teams, as well as client facing experience, coordination and management. A successful candidate would need to have excellent technical knowledge, and strong familiarity with the RIBA process.
We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic candidate to join our team.
All candidates will need to provide evidence of:
- ideally three plus years’ post-Part 3 qualification gained in the UK, with good experience in practice (open to different levels of Part 3 experience)
- excellent design skills
- excellent management and communication skills (able to manage a team, and engineers/contractors etc.)
- familiar with the RIBA design process, feasibility studies, CDM requirements, can administer construction contracts etc.
- experience managing project timelines and budgets
- significant experience with detailing, tendering, and construction stages
- experience with contract administration
- an interest in becoming involved with practice development and management
- proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino (V-Ray preferable)
- proficient in Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- fluent in written and spoken English
- salary is based upon experience and merit during interview discussion
