Urbanist Architecture is seeking a Part 3 architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a recently qualified Part 3 architect with strong ArchiCAD skills who has at least three years of residential design experience gained in the UK, especially for RIBA Stage 4 (technical design) and RIBA Stage 5 (construction).
Who you are?
We are looking for a driven, focused and enthusiastic Architect who with innovative ideas and collaborative skills approaches their design efficiently while at the same time keeping a high level of detail.
You need to have a high personal integrity, excellent project running experience and an in-depth understanding of the building regulations with a proven track record of developing technical design solutions for tender and construction, responding to site queries and monitoring progress against construction programme.

From day one, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich where you will help us to deliver remarkable design solutions for projects ranging from high-end refurbishments to new build housing schemes.
