We are looking for a marketing specialist to lead, drive and coordinate the marketing activities for Kvadrat Acoustics, following the overall group marketing strategy.
Job description
You will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for Kvadrat Acoustics in close collaboration with the SVP marketing, architecture and end users segment manager and the managing director at Kvadrat Acoustics.
You will lead, drive and coordinate all marketing projects, campaigns and activities related to Kvadrat Acoustics in close collaboration with the architecture and end users segment manager.
You will be reporting to our architecture and end users segment manager and should expect approx. 20 days of travelling each year.
Your key tasks:
- implement the marketing strategy and activities, develop marketing material and campaigns for Kvadrat Acoustics in line with the overall architecture and end users segment marketing strategy and the group strategy as well as Kvadrat Acoustics business objectives
- project management and execution of the marketing activities for Kvadrat Acoustics globally
- work actively with data driven analysis from sales, products and customers, to secure the right foundation for decision making regarding strategy, project planning, activities, developing new marketing materials etc.
- develop and maintain sales presentations based on input from sales organisation and understanding the customer needs of architects/designers and contractors
- developing content for the Kvadrat Acoustics content marketing strategy and development plan
- maintain and update Kvadrat Acoustics website/platforms
- secure brand awareness and profiling of Kvadrat Acoustics globally by creating relevant reference cases
- collaborate with the PR team in developing the PR strategy for Kvadrat Acoustics and supply the PR team timely with the necessary input and assets
- participate and contribute in Kvadrat Acoustics meetings
Qualifications:
- you have a BA or master’s degree within the area of marketing
- minimum one to three years of current marketing experience from a similar job in a related field
- you are a strong communicator who can ’translate’ sales needs into marketing specific tools and solutions with a technical understanding and eagerness to learn
- you have good relational and social capabilities and are able to collaborate with people at all organizational levels from sales, agencies to senior management
- you have the ability to understand the product solutions, their technical outset, functionalities and application possibilities
- your approach is hands-on. As a person, you are highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and to meet tight deadlines
- able to work effectively within a matrix environment, independently but also as part of a team. Across regions and globally with diverse & multi-cultural teams, with an open mind
- English is our corporate language and we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in both oral and written English
