Architectural technician

Collett Zarzycki is hiring an architectural technician to join its London office.
We are an architectural and interior design practice with a range of high value private residential and commercial projects in UK and Europe. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic CAD technician to join us and assist with a current large residence.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities range from completing full drawing sets to site visits and management of contractors
Essential skills:
- three to five years’ high-end residential experience is essential
- knowledge of construction methods
- knowledge of planning systems
- knowledge of UK building regulations
- have at least two years’ experience in a UK architects’ practice
- fluent in English, verbal and written.
- strong AuotCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, NBS
This is a full-time, office-based position in our office in W12. All applicants should currently reside in the UK.
