Schofield Surveyors is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Schofield Surveyors are looking to recruit a skilled Part 2 architectural assistant to join our emerging architectural practice (BAS Architects – due to launch on 1 April 2022) in Central London.
Our new colleague will be working directly below Directors on a range of projects from high-end Central London residential developments, to a chalet sauna in the Scottish highlands, to commercial development sites around London.
The successful candidate must be:
- competent in MicroStation and preferably also AutoCAD
- 3D modelling ability would be preferable
- motivated and proactive
- good organisation and communication skills
- knowledgeable about UK planning, building regulations and contracts
- good understanding of construction and detailing
- eligible to work in the UK
- competitive salary based on experience
