Interior designer/CGI and VR technician
We are seeking an interior designer/CGI and VR technician to join our enthusiastic team based in west London. Our company specialises in domestic and multi residential unit schemes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to becoming a part of a hardworking, forwarding thinking, energetic, ambitious and growing business.
The successful candidate will be a confident, problem solver with a keen interest in all aspects of project delivery. Must have an inquisitive nature and be able to remain adaptable to work through problems to achieve targets. In addition to that, they must be able to confidently engage and negotiate with internal teams as well as external businesses and clients. Must be willing to seek out new challenges and strive to develop, represent the company in a professional manner to gain the confidence and trust of the client to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications and skills:
- prepare mood boards/schemes and presentations
- full selection and specification, including designing bespoke pieces
- to manage the procurement and budgets, ensuring the required standard and quality is met throughout
- design research and development
- work collaboratively with other suppliers and clients
- liaise with clients to accurately understand requirements and standards of specification
- to work and coordinate with suppliers, contractors and third parties.
- experience in the field of CGI (computer generated images)
- familiarisation and experience of working across a range of CGI oriented projects including VR combined with interior design
- excellent overall creative flair and technical skills with a high attention to detail and a good eye
- create photoreal CGI stills
- set up and create CGI moving imagery for Design Stories
- assist with developing the look and feel of external content
Required skills and experience:
- three plus years’ experience within interior designing and CGI knowledge and experience
- will need experience and knowledge on how to use different software’s e.g. Revit, Enscape, Lumion 3D rendering, 3D Max and D5 render
- strong client facing skills
- good knowledge of suppliers
- extensive budget management and procurement experience
Competitive salary from £30k to £35k. Flexible for candidates who have vast experience.
