We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Marketing Associate. Come join a team of interdisciplinary designers from Harvard, MIT, RISD, BU, RCA and Imperial College who are passionately building the architecture tools of the future!

Roles and responsibilities:

  • your key metric is to increase Acelab’s Daily Active Users (DAU) through whatever means necessary
  • grassroots outreach to architecture and design firms across North America
  • organize and provide product demos to architecture and design professionals
  • attract and build a strong community on the platform
  • content creation (blog posts, tutorials, demos, etc.)
  • identify and acquire a user base that could become our most engaged users
  • provide AIA lunch-n-learn style presentations to architecture firms across North America

Key qualifications:

  • background or interest in architecture/design/construction/building science
  • hustle. Learn by trying attitude (you iterate very quickly)
  • great communicator (clear, concise)
  • self-initiator (ability to work independently and stay on track)
  • knack for marketing/sales/business development
  • ability to talk and relate to design professionals
  • strong interpersonal skills

Bonus points:

  • strong subject matter expertise
  • strong graphic design skills
  • previous startup/early stage company experience

Location

New York (preferred) or remote

Capacity

Full-time or part-time (hiring for multiple roles so we’re flexible)

Pay:

  • more than any architecture or design firm
