Interior designers – ID associate and FF&E

Harrison Pursey is seeking interior designers in London.
Fantastic opportunity to join the in-house studio of this successful and hugely popular restaurant group. BIG MAMMA is a high end, fun and unique brand currently spanning four countries and with expansion plans into both existing locations and new continents. With 15 new openings scheduled in the next two years, this is an exciting time to join and be involved in the growth and success of the company as well as scope for personal development and growth.
You will be working on iconic and highly creative projects with full involvement from concept to completion, creating the coolest spaces in the world!
Currently recruiting for an ID associate and senior FF&E designer – £60k-£75k/£50k-£65k.
Required skills and experience :
- ten years’ plus experience of running and delivering high end projects in either hospitality, high end residential or a related field including on site
- passionate about cutting edge F&B/hospitality design
- experience of mentoring, managing and challenging team members to deliver on projects and deadlines
- strong attention to detail and strong technical ability
- great team player with the confidence and ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with the studio team, construction teams, contractors and ops teams
- very experienced in FF&E to present strong, unique design concepts through moodboards and kick-ass FF&E suggestions, super creative and strong on colour for FF&E schemes
- source and research the best suppliers, have a thirst to find the gems, including vintage and bespoke
- create highly detailed and accurate FF&E schedules, manage in the coordination of procurement, deliveries and installs
- have a knowledge and passion for design, art and materials across different eras, regions and fashions as well as awareness of current style trends in the restaurant sector
- exceptional eye for colour, texture, finish and fittings that make an Instagram worthy interior
- manage global project installations, dressing and styling
Technical skills
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and InDesign and MS Office/Excel
- strong freehand sketching abilities
