InStyle Direct is seeking an interior and FF&E designer to join its team in London.

Requirements:

• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft office
• the ability to work independently with clients, suppliers, warehouse and installation teams
• the ability to proficiently manage furnishing projects as a whole including quotation, presentations, space plans, FF&E procurement, documentation and organising logistics
• ability to create and follow the current budgeting/reporting system run on Excel
• ability to elegantly work to deadlines and keep calm under pressure
• to work with stock for furnishing packages using the company’s stock system software
• experience in the management, sourcing, selection, and design of FF&E on a variety of project types
• experience in creatively developing ideas/concepts and mood boards
• knowledge of fabric and furniture suppliers essential
• experience in the residential sector and excellent attention to detail
• willing to assist in other projects’ FF&E tasks if required

This is an office-based job (with exception of site visits and client meetings) that requires commuting to NW2 London with no parking available on-site.
