Interior designer

UNStudio is seeking an interior designer to join its team in Hong Kong.
As an international architectural firm, UNStudio is active in the broadest fields of architecture. Our project portfolio covers every aspect of architecture, ranging from small to large scale projects, research and theory. The atmosphere within each of our offices is international, multidisciplinary and ambitious, but also open, non-hierarchical, team-based and friendly, with attention to personal well-being, knowledge development and career planning.
UNStudio is currently looking for interior designers to immediately join our Hong Kong office:
Requirement
- a masters or professional degree in interior design, architecture or related disciplines
- four to seven years of experience as an interior designer or architect with equivalent interior design experience
- candidates with more experience can be considered for a senior-level interior designer position. However, candidates should not only be able to fulfill a supervisory role but also be hands-on in design and production
- extensive experience in residential, cultural, large-scale and high-end retail, commercial & mixed-use program
- strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills with the experience and ability to develop and implement a design concept from preliminary 3D studies through to construction documentation and detailing
- proactive and self-motivated, with an innate commitment to furthering design
- good team player with the ability to organise both own work and others, clearly communicate with project leaders, and coach/motivate team members
- fluent English communication skills with additional fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
- enthusiasm for and knowledge of interior products, materials, and finishes
- 3D modeling experience in Rhinoceros is required (will 3d visualisation abilities favorable)
- expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), etc.

职位要求：
- 擁有室內設計、建築或相關學科的碩士或專業學位
- 4-7 年經驗的室內設計師或具有同等室內設計經驗的建築師
- 經驗豐富的候選人可擔任更高的室內設計師職位。但候選人不僅需要履行監督職責，而且還應該親自參 與設計和生產。
- 在住宅、文化、大型和高端零售、商業和混合用途項目方面擁有豐富的經驗
- 傑出的美學感知力和設計能力，能夠實施從概念設計階段如初步 3D 研究貫穿到施工文檔及仔細部份的 整個階段
- 積極主動，求知欲強，願意不斷學習和成長
- 具備團隊協作能力和精神，同時可獨立安排和完成本職工作，並與項目負責人保持有效及時的溝通，能 夠引導和激勵團隊成員
- 流利的英文溝通能力; 精通普通話及/或粵語溝者優先
- 對室內設計產品、材料和飾面的熱情和知識
- 需具備 Rhinoceros 3D 建築模型經驗（3D visualization 優先）
- 熟練應用 AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite（Indesign、Illustrator、Photoshop）等專業製圖軟體
