Alice Dalle is seeking an interior designer/interior architect to join its team in Brussels.
The studio has an exciting opportunity for a freelance interior designer to join its team to work on high end residential interior projects in Brussels.
The studio is looking for a detail oriented interior designer who is highly organised, autonomous and happy to be involved in all aspects of the design process as part of a small team delivering bespoke projects.
Required skill:
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop and Excel
- site measurements
- ability to manage your time and the workflow of projects efficiently
- experience dealing with suppliers and contractors
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail
- experience of FF&E selection with good organisation skills
- having a ‘problem-solving’ enthusiastic attitude is a must
- comfortable with a client facing role and acting as a representative of the company
- fluent in French – spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- technical drawing tender packages including plans, elevations and details
- produce FF&E specification documents and contribute to FF&E selection with consideration to project budgets
- liaise with suppliers and contractors
- updating costs and lead times
- working directly with artisans to create bespoke commissions for project
- edit visuals and render plans using photoshop/sketchup
- produce concept presentations
- creative research
- attend site meetings
This would be a part-time job (flexible hours) based in Brussels.
