Lissoni is hiring a project architect to join its team in New York, USA.
Lissoni seeks a candidate with five years experience to act as project architect on a variety of project types including hospitality, single and multi-family buildings and interiors. Revit proficiency and previous project and staff management experience are required.

Responsibilities:

  • documentation and project management of a variety of project types including multi-family shell and interiors, hospitality shell and interiors, and single family new build and interiors projects
  • comfortable communication as point person with clients and consultant/contracting teams
  • capable coordination of all phases of design and construction in Revit
  • capable construction administration of architecture and interiors projects

Qualifications:

  • professional architecture degree from an accredited institution
  • complete command of Revit for design and construction and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to a variety of stakeholder groups and owners
  • curiosity and empathy in equal measure
  • legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
  • architectural licensure is a plus though not required
