Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura is looking for a project manager with eight to ten years’ of experience to join our growing team in Barcelona. The PM will be responsible for leading, managing and overseeing architectural projects on a day-to-day basis, through all aspects of given assignments, supervising and supporting junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• demonstrates a detailed understanding of the design process and project brief, coordinating the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development
• takes responsibility for quality control and supervision of project deliverables
• coordinates and integrates the work of external contractors, suppliers, and professionals
• builds a network across the business and seeks leadership opportunities by directing and supporting junior team members
• makes a positive contribution towards project meetings and client presentations

Skills and experience required:

• has experience in successfully delivering large-scale projects
• demonstrates strong organisational and supervisory skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and people to deliver great results
• possesses proficiency with computer applications commonly used within the individual’s discipline
• degree qualified in a related design field or equivalent certification or skill level is essential; professional registration is preferred
