Marketing and graphics assistant

Adjaye Associates is hiring a marketing and graphics assistant to join its team in London.
Adjaye Associates is seeking a marketing and graphics assistant to join a global team of writers, graphic designers, and marketing and business development professionals responsible for communicating the studio’s portfolio of works with a focus on our civic, cultural, and educational projects. The position reports to the global head of communications and is based out of our London Studio.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- support the production of B2B and marketing materials including presentation decks, portfolio books, bid documents etc.
- develop multimedia social media content
- maintain and contribute to brand guidelines and documentation
- produce visual content for award submissions, design competitions, and internal communications
- regularly update the website with studio announcements
- assist visual assets manager in the archiving and organising the image database
- other duties as assigned
Experience and qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a similar field, or comparable experience
- minimum of two years’ of relevant experience
- advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress, Squarespace or similar
- background/experience within the AEC industry preferred
- knowledge of social media platforms and tools, such as, Instagram, Twitter, Later, HootSuite, Buffer, etc., their usage and functions to ensure content is utilised to maximum efficiency
- ability to develop the right voice, curate and write content differently for each social media platform
- ability to deliver analytic reports
- evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- fluent in the English language, both written and verbal skills
- candidates must have the existing right to work in the UK
