Production designer

Yellow Studio is seeking a production designer to join its New York team.
In this role, you will ideate and develop designs for both small and large-scale productions worldwide. You will work in collaboration with existing members of our team to advance all elements of the design process. Tasks will include creative brainstorming, design research, compiling mood boards, initial 3D modeling, material selection, art director management, and installation supervision. Projects range from large-scale televised shows to studio shows, music, exhibitions and live events.
We are seeking someone with great taste, creative flair, and a conceptual approach to design. Experience with design research, development, and basic rendering is a must. Advanced hand sketching abilities are a plus.
Intermediate to advanced skills are desired in the following software:
- Rhino or 3DS Max
- Unreal Engine
- CAD or VWX
- Photoshop
- InDesign
