Brand graphic designer
at Craster
Craster is seeking a brand graphic designer to join its team in London.
We are looking for applicants to champion Craster brand evolution and development, ensuring the integrity of Craster image across all channels – internal and external – and managing the processes to deliver relevant and consistent high-quality creative content and print and digital items on time, in full, on budget.

Role purpose
To champion Craster brand evolution and development, ensuring the integrity of Craster image across all channels – internal and external – and managing the processes to deliver relevant and consistent high-quality creative content and print and digital items on time, in full, on budget.
Responsibilities and key deliverables
Brand tools and visual ID owner:
- evolution and development of Craster brand tools
- own research (competitor and luxury brand) and best practises for creative brand collateral and positioning
- creation, management and guardianship of brand guidelines and strategy
Creative tool owner:
- image bank structure and management (lifestyle and packshot photography, renders, animations, 3D File packs)
- internal and External brand tools (presentations, client and distributor content, case studies)
Content creation:
- photography and animations – project management (internal and external agencies) and creative brief input/art direction for seasonal photoshoots and supporting projects (animation storyboards, gifs)
- campaign and social media imagery owner – image selection, performance reporting and optimisation
- print – own layouts and budgets for catalogues, postcards, business cards
- internal product photography
- digital – web pages/frames layouts, banner ads, product page imagery creation
- postproduction for creative projects as required (re-touching, text overlay for videos)
- basic photography pack shots
Marketing team:
- assist the department with ad hoc needs as required
- internal training and best practises owner (skill share) for graphic design and creative
Minimum standards of performance:
- use utilities and resources in a responsible manner to control wastage
- communicate relevant information to the department, line manager and across departments, as appropriate
- attend learning and development courses and complete eLearning modules, as required
- demonstrate and be a role model of Craster’s core values
- maintain a clear guideline for the brand image and its development
- dacilitate and manage the creative processes of designing visual assets
Role KPIs:
- deliver visual products OTIFOB (on time, in full, on budget)
- demonstrable development and evolution of product promotional materials and tools to support sales
Skills, experience and capabilities:
- four to five years’ experience in graphic design
- graphic design qualification, with a core understanding and experience of creating effective layouts and templates
- experience working for a luxury brand and a very good eye for detail
- experience working efficiently updating layouts and marketing materials
- knowledge and experience of print processes/online imagery requirements
- keen eye for detail and ability to work to a consistently high level of accuracy
- Adobe Suite
- managing digital assets on a website platform
- Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- basic photography and Image editing skills (pack shot creation)
- video editing and animation for social
- project management skills
- third party supplier management
- budget management
