Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect

Charles Tashima Architecture is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect or a Part 3 project architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a RIBA Part 2 architectural assistant with a minimum of three years’ or Part 3 project architect with at least three years’ experience working on projects in the UK.
We are a design-led architectural design studio based in London, working across various residential, educational and commercial sectors. Our design ethos is based on an eclectic and organic approach to design with a strong sense of spatial experience and materiality. We offer excellent opportunities for career development providing experience at all stages of architectural projects.
Skill requirements:
- at least three years’ post Part 2 experience in the UK
- or RIBA Part 3 with at least 3 years’ experience in the UK
- experience in all RIBA Work Stages, from planning to construction
- an understanding of construction contracts (JCT or RIBA)
- creative with a strong design sense
- solid initiative and organisational skills
- knowledge of building regulations
- excellent communication skills in the English language, both written and spoken
- proficient in Vectorworks, Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator with 3D Rhino a bonus
- eagerness to further develop competence, particularly in construction detailing
- desire and ambition to contribute to the growth of the studio
- experience working on multiple projects at the same time
- confidence working individually and as part of a team
- ability to work to internal and external deadlines
- clear and strong presentation skills
