Sales support/project manager

Viaduct is hiring a sales support/project manager to join its team in London.
Viaduct is one of London’s leading contemporary furniture showrooms working predominately with architects and design studios in the contract market.
We are looking for a dynamic full time sales administrator to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team based in the heart of Clerkenwell.
The role:
- working with a large variety of suppliers to ensure projects are processed smoothly and client deadlines are met
- closely monitoring the progress of projects and communicating any changes to both the end client and Viaduct team
- overseeing the installation of projects, consolidating and coordinating the delivery and installation of goods, and providing on site support to the installation team
- assisting clients with post-install snags and problem-solving solutions.
- assisting our accounts department sending invoices and statements
- helping the sales team organising samples, finishes, furniture loans and quotations.
Experience/skills:
- previous experience from within the furniture industry is essential
- passion for furniture design/interior design
- good communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
- proficient use of Microsoft Office
