We are seeking a Part 1/2 architectural assistant, or recently qualified architect, to join our team in a picturesque setting within the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The practice maintains a diverse portfolio of projects including community, residential and commercial projects; often with a focus on the conservation of historic buildings and with a wide range of project sizes.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- working with AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp
- preparing drawings for planning applications and listed building consent
- producing detailed design information for building control and tender
- job running and project leadership
- traditional procurement and contract administration
