Architect Ralph Appelbaum founded his eponymous firm – Ralph Appelbaum Associates (RAA) – in 1978.
It has grown to become the largest dedicated museum exhibition design firm in the world, employing a staff of over 90 across its New York City, London, Beijing, Berlin, Moscow and Dubai offices.
Its international team works on projects of all scales within its specialism – as a result, it estimates that 75,000,000 visitors visit its spaces each year.
Pictured above is the practice's Lost Shtetl Museum in Lithuania, which is dedicated to Jewish history.
