Eric Parry Architects is recruiting a personal assistant to join its team in London.

Eric Parry Architects are a multi-talented team with 85 staff working in a busy but friendly, studio environment. The practice is responsible for the design of some of the most significant projects in London and is delivering projects in China, Japan and Singapore.

At Eric Parry Architects we design and create high-quality, contextual, people-focused, sustainable buildings that enhance their surroundings. The character of a building can be instigated by an individual creative thought or process but is only delivered with a wider team. The client is central to this team and we nurture close and collaborative working relationships with all.

We are currently looking for an exceptional personal assistant to work with our principal and directors.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will be varied and you will be expected to pick up ad-hoc tasks as required. The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • organise and maintain the diary including scheduling meetings
  • making travel arrangements and accompanying documentation including visas
  • screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handle as appropriate
  • deal with incoming email and correspond on behalf of the principal and directors
  • work closely with the directors to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations
  • take dictation and meeting minutes
  • carry out research and present findings
  • produce documents, reports and presentations
  • assist in the planning of events and seminars
  • provide support and cover for the principal’s PA

Required skills:

  • proven experience as a personal assistant
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
  • communication, discretion and confidentiality should be second nature

You will be based at our Banner Street studio. Salary will be commensurate with ability and experience and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
