Studio assistant and PA
at Pernille Lind Studio
Pernille Lind Studio is seeking a studio assistant and PA to join its team in London.
This role will offer great opportunity for professional growth within an expanding creative business. The right candidate will be diligent, detailed, quick on their feet, one step ahead and pro-active.
We work on projects that span across the commercial and residential sector, with the addition of new product collections to be launched in 2023. We also have an existing furniture range through LIND + ALMOND where taking responsibility for our inbound product enquiries, customer care and logistics will be among the core tasks for this role.
You will manage multiple tasks across both Pernille Lind Studio and our sister company LIND + ALMOND, both are located in the same building and share spaces.
You will work alongside a talented team of designers and support with practical and admin assistance, as well as help keep the studio tidy and organised at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- respond to all miscellaneous email enquiries, filter and direct to the relevant team member, where necessary
- answer phones
- coordinate product shipping and logistics
- liaise with our manufactures
- general customer care and support
- help with marketing campaigns, photo shoots and PR events
- take responsibility for newsletters and product promotions, knowledge of Mailchimp is an advantage
- keep the studio material library tidy
- organise deliveries and postal errands
- keep track of office stationery orders and stock
- organise and book team events, travel and trips
- organise CPDs, supplier studio visits and have an overview of joint calendars
- some basic book keeping will be required, and therefore experience of using Xero and WorkFlowMax is an advantage
- PA to company directors
Key traits:
- impeccable written and spoken English
- pro-active and a willingness to take responsibility
- extremely organised and love a good spreadsheet
- have an interest and curiosity for interior and furniture design
- great customer care skills, over phone and email
- thrives when being part of a small team
Must have:
- relevant experience from an industry related company
- min. two years’ experience in an equivalent role
- have the right to work in the UK
You will be based in our office in North London, Highbury and Islington.
